Adam SolomonFor the past seven years, Adam Solomon has played a key role in supporting Quantum Services’ clients across the Southeast and Midwest. As a Senior Operations Manager, he works with a diverse portfolio of customers, including Huck’s, GoMart, United Dairy Farmers, MFA Oil, Thornton’s, Giant Oil, Double Kwik, Max’s, FaststopCrossAmerica Partners, TigerFuel, and HEAS Energy.

One of his proudest accomplishments has been helping clients implement new service offerings that improve efficiency and operational visibility. Recently, he helped launch inventory counts for a major client’s food service departments, saving store managers valuable time each month while providing deeper insight into deli operations through Quantum Services’ new reporting process, SPOTlight.

When asked what makes a successful auditor, his answer is simple: attention to detail and the ability to stay focused, even in busy environments. He believes the same standard applies to convenience stores, noting that the best-run locations are not only clean and organized in customer-facing areas, but also behind the scenes. To him, a well-maintained store reflects a team’s pride, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.

“When stores go above and beyond to keep all the behind-the-scenes areas neat and organized, it shows how much they care. There are a ton of options in c-stores now, and customers are more likely to go past a competitor to your store when it’s clean, well-lit, and organized.”

He credits Quantum Services’ success to its ability to tailor audit programs to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s delivering specialized reporting, following custom processes, or providing expert guidance on back-office systems, he believes Quantum Services’ value comes from delivering accurate data that helps clients make informed decisions and improve operations.

Throughout his time at Quantum Services, Adam has experienced significant professional growth. Leading meetings and presenting to groups has strengthened his confidence and communication skills, while managing multiple large accounts has taught him the importance of organization and accountability.

One of his favorite parts of overseeing audits is building relationships with store managers and helping teams identify opportunities for improvement. Seeing stores become more audit-ready and successful over time is something he finds especially rewarding.

Outside of the technical side of the business, he’s gained a deep appreciation for everything it takes to operate a successful convenience store. He has even discovered some unexpected items along the way—like Pokémon cards making a comeback in c-stores—and admits it’s fun seeing them make a return. When he’s in the field, you’ll never find him without a few essentials: knee pads, hand sanitizer, and plenty of pens.

And when asked what he loves most about Quantum Services, he says it’s the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and enjoy a flexible work environment while helping clients succeed.

We thank Adam for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and team, and wish him continued success in the company!
